Doll is made in 3 pieces, beginning with feet, which join and become one tube right to head. Sew on arms.

Legs: Cast on 8 sts. K 1 row.

(foot color): K2 in each st to end of row (16 sts on needle) 4 rows st. st.

K5, K2 tog 3 times, K5 (13 sts). Purl 1 row.
(sock color):K4 rows st. st. Purl 1 row (as right side faces you - sock cuff)

(skin color):Purl 1 row, then continue st. st. for total of 11 rows. End 1st leg.
Repeat as above, then slip both legs onto 1 needle and change to pants color.

(pants color):K these 26 sts. for both legs for 7 rows.

(shirt color):K 10 rows in st. st. To shape shoulder, K5, (K2 tog) twice, K8, (K2 tog) twice, K5 (22 sts.) Knit 1 row. (shirt top).

(skin color):K2 rows, st. st.

Neck:(K2, K2 into next st. to increase) 7 times (29 sts.)

Head:Purl next row and continue st. st. for 13 rows. (K2 tog, K1) 9 times, K2 tog. (19 sts.) Purl 1 row. K1, (K2 tog) 9 times. (10 sts.) Break yarn, thread through 10 sts. Knot tightly.

Arms (2)

(shirt color): Cast on 4 sts. K2 sts. in first st. of next to last st. for all 3 rows (10 sts.) Knit 14 rows. (Change to skin color) 4 rows st. st. K2 tog. Break yarn.
